Our North basket with preserves from the sea, in its version L offers a small selection of seafood products such as the extraordinary ventresca from the Atlantic Ocean of the Real Conservera Española, sardines in olive oil or fried and pickled mussels. All these products are of the highest quality, ideal to be consumed separately or to be included in more elaborate recipes.
This pack also includes a delicious jar of irresistible cristal variety peppers, which will go perfectly with the ventresca on a good artisan bread sandwich. On the other hand, to enjoy any of the canned fish, we have added a set of gourmet crackers based on dill and quinoa, ideal for pairing with fish.
We could not miss our spectacular early extra virgin olive oil, with all its power and flavor. To wash down the experience, nothing better than a good Albariño wine such as the Lagar de Cervera included in this pack.
