1º) San Simón da Costa Bufón cheese (approx. 500–600g) from Bronze & Mora with D.O.P. San Simón da Costa, smoked over birch wood and aged for a minimum of 45 days.
2º) Pear and Amaretto jam, 100% handmade
3º) Bottle of extra virgin olive oil: picual / pajarera / hojiblanca, depending on availability (500 ml)
4º) NEW! Bottle of Marqués de Arienzo Crianza Rioja red wine (benjamín / 375 ml). A fresh, fruity wine with a smooth entry on the palate, evoking red berries entwined with hints of oak, coconut, and vanilla. Simply remove the plastic wrap and let the cheese rest at room temperature so it can fully release its essence (its smoky aroma is exceptional). Take a good piece of wood-fired bread, drizzle generously with Bronze & Mora extra virgin olive oil, cut a slice of cheese and add some pear and Amaretto jam to taste. Go ahead.
