Sauvignon Blanc L – The finest white wine with lomo and cheese

Description

This cheese, lomo and white wine gift box includes the following delicatessen products:

1º) Bottle of extra virgin olive oil Picual (500 ml).

2º) Jar of Crystal variety peppers, the “Ibérico of the vegetable garden” (140 g).

3º) Piece of semi-cured Manchego cheese (4 months of ageing / approx. 250 g), produced by 1605 for Bronze & Mora. A true gem awarded the silver medal at several editions of the World Cheese Awards. Tasting notes:
Nose: Clean animal scent. Milky notes reminiscent of mild yoghurt and a fruity character with subtle hints of nuts.
Palate: Semi-firm texture, good buttery feel and solubility, with medium friability. Pleasant fatty-oily sensation while chewing, and floury granularity. The flavour opens with a soft acidity intertwined with sweet cereal notes. Well-integrated animal aromas and a pleasant aftertaste of raw nuts (almond), with long persistence on the palate.

4º) Sliced 100% acorn-fed Ibérico pork loin (100 g).

5º) Small bag of gourmet picos (breadsticks) from Utrera (30 g).

6º) Pancracio special dark chocolate bar (64%) with caramelized nuts (100 g).

7º) Bottle of Sauvignon Blanc Marqués de Riscal 100% Organic white wine (750 ml). An organic wine ideal for the aperitif, pale yellow in colour with greenish hues. On the nose, it offers highly complex aromas with notes of fresh grass, a mineral background that adds personality, and plenty of fresh fruit such as citrus, pineapple, or melon.
