This chocolate & wine gift box includes:
1) Bottle of early-harvest Picual extra virgin olive oil (250 ml).
2) Signature dark chocolate bar (70%) with nutmeg, dried cranberries, and freeze-dried strawberries, crafted for pairing with Pinot Noir (inspired by École Valrhona) (110 g).
- Optional: Signature dark chocolate bar (70%) with Bronte pistachios, blackcurrant, and freeze-dried violet petals, perfect with Syrah (inspired by École Valrhona) (110 g).
3) Bottle of Pruno red wine, Ribera del Duero (75 cl.) by Finca Villacreces — hailed as ‘the best Spanish wine in history under $20’ by Robert Parker. A true marvel on the palate: intense deep cherry red in colour, with a complex and concentrated aroma of toasted cocoa and milk toffee, layered over red fruit preserves (notably blueberry and cherry). No paper shreds — instead, we arrange the items in a perfect puzzle, nestled on a soft padded base lined with Italian tissue paper.
