Description

1º) Sliced 100% acorn-fed Iberian shoulder ham (80 g) by Joselito.

• Heads up! Optional: sliced 100% acorn-fed Iberian shoulder ham (80 g) by Cinco Jotas.

2º) Wedge of semi-cured Manchego cheese (250 g), winner of silver medals in several editions of the World Cheese Awards. Characteristics: Appearance: pale yellow rind with a firm consistency. The interior is ivory white with small eyes and a lactic-acidic aroma. | Nose: notes of dry grass and toasted pistachios. | Palate: very low elasticity, creamy mouthfeel with hints of clotted cream and grass pea flour.

3º) Bottle of extra virgin olive oil from the arbosana / hojiblanca / pajarera variety, depending on availability. (250 ml)

4º) Bottle of Llopart Brut Rosé Cava (benjamín / 375 ml). Appearance: pale rosé, very bright and attractive, with lively and gentle bubbles. Rich in fruity aromas, with dominant notes of red berries, red apple, and a touch of menthol. On the palate, it is powerful yet pleasant, with good structure and body.
