This exquisitely curated champagne box includes:

1º) Sliced 100% acorn-fed Iberian shoulder Joselito (80 gr.).

• Optional: sliced 100% acorn-fed Iberian shoulder (80 gr.) Cinco Jotas.

2º) Piece of semi-cured Manchego cheese (250 gr.) awarded with the silver medal in several editions of the World Cheese Awards. Characteristics: Color; It presents a pale yellow rind with consistency and firmness. The internal color is ivory white with small eyes and acidified lactic odor. | Nose; Aromas of dry grass and toasted pistachios. | Mouth; almost no elasticity, buttery sensation of cream and almond flour.

3º) Bottle of extra virgin olive oil arbosana / hojiblanca / pajarera according to availability. (250 ml.)

4º) Bottle of Champagne Louis Roeder Collection 243 (375 ml.). | Color: Bright golden tone with shimmering reflections. Fine, lively mousse with persistent strings of bubbles. | Palate: Deep, dense and well-structured. Open, rich and fresh bouquet. It offers an explosion of ripe, delicate fruit with intense notes of yellow fruit (mirabelle plum) from the pinot noir complemented by sweet citrus fruits (lemon meringue pie) and delicate notes of white flowers (jasmine) from the chardonnay. |  Nose; Smoky, roasted and freshly baked pastry notes on the nose.

This box of Louis Roederer champagne has what you need to enjoy an aperitif in style. In fact, the 243 collection is a perfect ally of intense cheeses such as our semi-cured Manchego. The 100% acorn-fed Iberian shoulder will also work wonders with this impressive sparkling wine, and, as always, the olive oil better in a good toast What a combination! Back to the champagne, better to serve it between 4 and 8 Cº. With respect to the rest of the elements, it will always be preferable to consume them at room temperature.

You only have to fill in the field that refers to the dedication before proceeding to payment, writing a text that ideally should not be longer than 30 words (although we adapt to what you want to tell because we understand that every story is different).
