A city where birds sing sweeter, and joy is a way of life. At Bronze & Mora, we know there’s no place like Seville. There never was, and there never will be. That’s why, with all our love and respect, we’ve created this tribute: the Abril gift box. A gourmet selection to recreate your own little caseta, wherever you may be—even hundreds of kilometres away. Manzanilla sherry, olives, acorn-fed ham, extra virgin olive oil, crunchy picos, traditional Sevillian sweets or Manchego cheese (your choice)… Is that all? Of course not! The box includes a pair of castanets and a signature B&M fan, to ease the nostalgia. Because Feria lives inside us—and once you’ve known its spirit, it never leaves you..
Description
Our Feria de Abril pack includes the following selection of gourmet products:
1º) Bottle of Manzanilla en Rama La Guita, from Sanlúcar de Barrameda (benjamín / 375 cl.) 100% Palomino Fino. Aged for 4 years. Appearance: pale, straw-yellow and bright | Palate: very smooth on the entry, its freshness and delicacy offer floral notes and a hint of fine minerality | Scores in top wine guides: 90 points R. Parker & Wine Advocate – 91 points Wine Spectator. You can download the full tasting notes by clicking here.
2º) Bottle of extra virgin olive oil – arbosana / hojiblanca / pajarera variety, depending on availability. (250 ml.)
3º) Sliced 100% acorn-fed Iberian shoulder ham (80 g) by Cinco Jotas.
4º) Jar of gourmet pitted Gordal olives from Seville (160 g), with Protected Geographical Indication. With their delicious flesh and XL size, this olive is truly the queen of them all. Can anything be more *ours*? Absolutely delicious!
5º) Set of 6 Sevillian cream-filled “cortadillos” by Inés Rosales. Irresistible sweets filled with cream and coated with a double layer of cinnamon- and lemon-scented dough.
- Heads up! Optional: You may replace the cortadillos with a wedge of semi-cured Manchego cheese (300 g) by Villadiego, awarded the silver medal at the 2016 World Cheese Awards.
6º) Bag of gourmet breadsticks from Utrera.
7º) Something missing? Of course not! …We couldn’t resist adding a pair of castanets… and a good Spanish fan (black fabric with white dots) . Because Feria is Feria!
The Feria de Abril, at home
Feria de Abril, Seville… ¡let’s go! First things first: serve the manzanilla cold, no more than 6ºC, always in a proper glass to let it shine. For the cheekier ones, feel free to make a rebujito: mix 1 part manzanilla with 2.5 parts of soda or sparkling lemonade, some mint leaves and plenty of ice. The ham should be brought to room temperature for at least 45 minutes before serving. But wait, you were going to ask something else, right? Write your dedication!
We’ve included in each of our gift boxes a personalised note card with space for the message of your choice. Simply fill out the dedication field before checkout with a message ideally no longer than 30 words (although we’ll adapt to whatever you want to share—every story is different). We’ll take care of printing your words on the card and styling it with love so that it looks impeccable. That’s it—simple and heartfelt.

Important note on Covid-19: Only properly trained and equipped staff handle the assembly of our hampers, always wearing face masks and following a strict pre-disinfection protocol including frequent hand washing, use of hand sanitiser, and nitrile gloves. While we recommend discarding the external packaging upon delivery, both the boxes and all of our products are 100% safe.
