Description

1º) Jar of creamy Torta del Casar cheese with P.D.O. (60%), whole cow’s milk, pasteurised egg, and melting salts (110 g) by Doña Francisca.

2º) Special gourmet crackers with black salt and quinoa, perfect for strong cheeses (130 g).

3º) Bottle of extra virgin olive oil – Hojiblanca variety (100 ml).

40) Sliced 100% acorn-fed Iberian pork loin (100 g).

5º) Bag of gourmet breadsticks from Utrera (20 g).

6º) Bottle of white wine – organic Verdejo (Rueda) by Marqués de Riscal (benjamín / 375 ml). Characteristics: Appearance: Bright wine with a pale straw yellow hue. | Nose: As expected from the Verdejo variety, it offers an intense aroma with notes of tropical fruit, fennel and fresh grass. | Palate: Refreshing and unctuous on the palate, with a lightly bitter finish typical of the grape, resulting in a long and pleasant aftertaste. In addition to being used in countless recipes, Torta del Casar cream is an ideal appetiser. This pack was made for enjoying with some fabulous crackers with black salt and rice, topped with a drizzle of olive oil. These crackers are a perfect match for strong cheeses, making this pairing spot on. As always, we recommend taking the products out of the fridge ahead of time. In the case of the Iberian pork loin, it’s best to warm the plate slightly so the fat melts gently.
