How to prepare delicious tagliatelle with our olive oil? First, rehydrate the sundried tomato in warm water with a generous dash of olive oil for around 2 hours. Once soft, sauté the tomato in a pan with olive oil and minced garlic. Set aside. Meanwhile, bring a pot of water to a boil, add the 250 g of tagliatelle and cook for a couple of minutes. Then, stir-fry the tomato with the pasta in a pan with a good splash of Bronze & Mora olive oil. Add a pinch of boletus salt, a touch of herbes de Provence, and finish with a few fresh basil leaves and some Parmesan cheese.
