This craft beer hamper includes the following delicatessen products:

1º) ‘Trigo’ (Wheat) top-fermented Weizen beer (330 ml) by Cibeles. Somewhere between a German Weizen and a Belgian Wit, this beer stands out for its clove-forward aroma and citrus notes. Hints of pink pepper and clove return on the palate, with a bready, cereal-like aftertaste. Light like a Wit, yet flavourful like a Weizen.

2º) ‘Imperial IPA’ top-fermented and intensely bitter IPA beer (330 ml) by Cibeles. Bitter and incredibly aromatic, with notes of passion fruit, grapes, and mango. A Formula One of beers — perfect for seasoned palates.

3º) ‘David’s Ale’ top-fermented Scotch ale (330 ml) by Cibeles. Sweet and caramelised, it offers soft aromas of toffee. On the palate it’s rich and mellow, with hints of raisins and walnuts. Its low hop content makes this a smooth, non-bitter indulgence.

5º) Bottle of Hojiblanca extra virgin olive oil (100 ml).

6º) Zip bag of honey-mustard pecan nuts by Nut Nut (150 g).

7º) Wedge of semi-cured Manchego cheese (250 g), awarded silver medals at several editions of the World Cheese Awards. Characteristics:
Appearance: pale yellow rind with firm consistency. Ivory white interior with tiny eyes and a lactic, tangy scent.
Nose: notes of dry grass and roasted pistachios.
Palate: minimal elasticity, creamy mouthfeel with hints of dairy and chickpea flour.

8º) Pack of sliced 100% acorn-fed Ibérico shoulder (80 g) by Joselito.

• Optional: Sliced 100% acorn-fed Ibérico shoulder (80 g) by Cinco Jotas.

9º) Pack of sliced 100% acorn-fed Ibérico chorizo (80 g) by Joselito.

10º) Gourmet breadsticks (picos) from Utrera (30 g).

And there’s not much else we need to say! Serve them well chilled, at a max of 6ºC. As we explained in the Malasaña gift box (its little sister), it’s best to rinse your glass with cold water before pouring (avoid putting it in the freezer — here’s why). Tilt the glass at 45º and fill it to three-quarters; then pour the final quarter with the glass upright to create the perfect head.
Let the cheese and ham sit at room temperature for 45 minutes before serving so their aromas can bloom… and enjoy the most stylish beer hamper of them all!
