Description

This home delivery snack basket contains the following products:

1º) Bottle of extra virgin olive oil picual / pajarera / hojiblanca according to availability. (250 ml.)

2º) Bottle of Original Gin Picofino (40º alc. / 200 ml.). awarded with the silver medal in the 2020 edition of the

London Spirits Competition

. This gin is obtained from 5 distillations of botanicals that provides complex aromas, enhanced with hints of citrus grapefruit, Ceylon cinnamon and licorice maceration that gives it that characteristic tone.

3º) Bottle of vermouth Gin fusion Picofino (15º alc. / 200 ml.). Starting with a single-varietal wine base, hand-macerated with herbs and botanicals, the masters at Picofino replace the cereal or wine alcohol added to the vermouth with the delicious Original Gin.

3º) Piece of semi-cured manchego cheese (4 months maturing / 250 gr. approx.) produced by 1605 for Bronze & Mora. A real jewel awarded with the silver medal in several editions of the World Cheese Awards . Characteristics:
Nose
Clean animal smell. Lactic notes reminiscent of soft yogurt and a fruity character with subtle hints of dried fruit. | Mouthfeel; semi-hard texture, good butteriness and solubility and medium friability. Pleasant oily-fatty sensation during chewing and floury type granularity. The taste, at first, presents a mild acidity intermixed with sweet cereal notes. Very well integrated animal aromas and a pleasant aftertaste of raw nuts (almonds) with high persistence in the mouth.

4º) Sliced 100% Iberian acorn-fed shoulder Joselito (Guijuelo / 80 gr.)

• Watch out! Optional: sliced 100% acorn-fed Iberian shoulder (Jabugo / 80 gr.) Cinco Jotas.

5º) Can of gourmet canned sardines from the Galician Rías in olive oil. Product subjected to a careful process of roasting, grilling and packaging entirely by hand. Drained weight: 115 gr. Characteristics: Shiny silver color. Creamy texture and intense fishy flavor, improved by maceration in olive oil.

6º) Jar of pitted gourmet olives from Seville of the Gordal variety (160 gr.) with Protected Geographical Indication. Its delicious flesh and XL size make this olive the queen of olives. A must in a good appetizer!

7º) Bag of Gourmet peppers from Utrera (30 gr.)

Home delivery of aperitifs!

We named it Bon vivant because the products in this basket are much more than a home delivery snack. Pure enjoyment for the most experienced bartenders! You can make a new version of the olivetto cocktail by emulsifying an egg white with 15 ml. of olive oil, 60 ml. of gin, 30 ml. lemon juice, 15 ml. of the vermouth gin fusion itself, another 15 ml. of glucose syrup, a teaspoon of vanilla extract and ice. We wanted to include in each of our boxes an explanatory letter that can be personalized with the dedication of your choice. You only have to fill in the field that refers to the dedication before proceeding to payment, writing a text that ideally should not be longer than 30 words (although we adapt to what you want to tell because we understand that every story is different). We will take care of personalizing the letter with the words you write to us, and we will do it with great care so that it looks impeccable. It’s that easy.

 

Extraordinary finish

Certainly, it is difficult to find a better presented gift basket. We pay attention to the smallest detail. Instead of using paper shavings inside the case, we fit the products into a perfect puzzle, so that everything rests neatly, wrapped in a soft quilted bed lined with Italian tissue paper. The set is topped off with another bed, on which we place an information sheet and the letter. Next, we close the basket with a loop to shrink-wrap it in an elegant cellophane paper with white polka dots.

If you finalize your purchase before 16:00 hours, from Monday to Thursday*(holidays not included), Bronze & Mora will prepare and send the basket the same day to be delivered within a maximum period of 24 h / 48 h within mainland Spain. We do not make deliveries during the weekend except for specific exceptions (contact us via WhatsApp, e-mail or by calling 915 214 884 for more information).

Important note on Covid19: Only properly equipped personnel are involved in the assembly of our cases, always wearing masks and following a strict prior disinfection protocolthat includes constant hand washing, application of hydroalcoholic gel and use of nitrile gloves. Although we recommend discarding the outer packaging of the package once received, both the cases and any of our products are 100% safe.
