Description
1º) Bottle of Llopart Brut Rosé Cava (half bottle / 375 ml). Colour: pale pink, very bright and attractive, with a lively and gentle bubble. Bursting with fruity aromas, dominated by notes of berries, red apple, and a hint of mint. On the palate, it is powerful yet pleasant, with good structure and body. Perfectly balanced to the very last sip, with a long-lasting presence on the palate. You can find the full tasting notes here.
2º) Bottle of early harvest extra virgin olive oil (Picual variety) (500 ml).
3º) Tin of extra premium white asparagus from Navarra, very thick, fibre-free and with Protected Designation of Origin (390 g).
4º) Sliced 100% acorn-fed Ibérico shoulder ham (100 g).

‘La vie en rose’
How should you serve rosé cava? Forget the fridge. A proper ice bucket filled to the brim is essential! Chill the cava for at least 45 minutes (especially in summer) and wait until it’s perfectly refreshing. The ideal serving temperature is between 6ºC and 8ºC. As for the rest of the items, you know the drill: take the sliced meats out of the fridge 45 minutes before serving and let them breathe. The olive oil pairs beautifully with our thick white asparagus. And the almond nougat is the perfect final touch. Let the party begin!

An extraordinary finish
It’s truly hard to find a gift hamper more beautifully presented. We pay attention to every tiny detail. Instead of using paper shavings inside the box, we arrange each product in a perfect puzzle, so everything sits in place, wrapped in a soft cushioned bed lined with Italian tissue paper. The whole set is topped with another layer, on which we place the information sheet and the card. We then close the hamper with a ribbon and shrink-wrap it in elegant cellophane with white polka dots.
