This Spanish snack delivery box includes the following products:

1º) Sliced 100% acorn-fed Iberian shoulder ham by Joselito (80 g / Guijuelo).

• Optional: sliced 100% acorn-fed Iberian shoulder ham by Cinco Jotas (80 g / Jabugo).

2º) Sliced 100% acorn-fed Iberian loin (80 g / Guijuelo).

• Optional: sliced 100% acorn-fed Iberian loin by Cinco Jotas (80 g / Jabugo).

3º) Tin of extra premium white asparagus from Navarra, extra thick, zero fibrousness, with Protected Designation of Origin (390 g).

4º) Wedge of semi-cured Manchego cheese (aged 4 months / approx. 250 g), produced by 1605 for Bronze & Mora. A true gem, winner of the Silver Medal at several editions of the World Cheese Awards. Tasting notes: Nose: clean animal aroma with lactic notes reminiscent of soft yogurt and subtle fruity hints of nuts. | Palate: semi-firm texture, good butteriness and solubility, medium friability. A pleasant fatty-oily feel when chewing and a floury graininess. The flavour begins with gentle acidity and sweet cereal notes. Animal aromas are beautifully integrated, leaving a long-lasting almond-like nutty aftertaste.

5º) Jar of premium pitted Gordal olives from Seville (160 g) with Protected Geographical Indication. With their delicious flesh and XL size, these olives reign supreme on any aperitif table. An essential in a proper gourmet snack box!
