This gourmet preserves set includes the following products:

1º) Tin of gourmet sardines in olive oil. Carefully prepared through a manual toasting, grilling, and packing process. Drained weight: 115 g. Characteristics: shiny silver colour, creamy texture, and intense fish flavour that improves with time in the olive oil marinade.

2º) Tin of wild bluefin tuna loin Don Bocarte in olive oil (120 g), made from fresh tuna caught using the almadraba method.

3º) Tin of fried mussels in escabeche (TOP 10 in the world in their category) World’s 101 Best Canned Products from the Sea. Drained weight: 115 g.

4º) Jar of cristal variety peppers, the “Iberian ham” of the vegetable garden (145 g).

5º) Bottle of extra virgin olive oil early-harvest Picual (250 ml)

6º) Set of artisan gourmet crackers with olive oil, perfect for fish pairings. (130 g)

7º) Bottle of white wine D.O. Albariño Lagar de Cervera (benjamín / 375 ml). Characteristics: Appearance: Pale straw-yellow colour with greenish hues. Nose: Tropical fruits, passion fruit, stone fruits, and citrus such as grapefruit and orange, with hints of fresh grass and hay. Palate: Fresh, fleshy, and well-balanced.

8º) Dark chocolate bar (65%) by Pancracio with walnuts and raisins (40 g).

A Taste of the North

With this gourmet preserves set, you can prepare mouth-watering bites: use the gourmet crackers or a slice of fresh wood-fired bread; drizzle some Bronze & Mora extra virgin olive oil, add cristal peppers (well-drained) and some chunks of tuna belly (also drained). The crackers pair wonderfully with the sardines. Remember, you can use our olive oil in all these pairings if you drain the preserves well. The Albariño wine will blend harmoniously with them, completing an extraordinary preserves set.

Write Your Dedication

Each of our gift boxes includes an explanatory letter that can be personalised with the message of your choice. Simply fill in the dedication field before checkout with a text of ideally no more than 30 words (although we’ll adapt to whatever you wish to say—every story is unique). We will then print your dedication with great care to make it look impeccable. It’s that simple.

 

Exquisite Finishing

It’s truly rare to find a gift hamper so beautifully presented. We pay attention to every single detail. Instead of using paper shavings, we nest the products in a perfect puzzle, carefully laid on a soft padded base lined with Italian tissue paper. This is topped with another layer, on which we place an information sheet and the dedication letter. Finally, we close the hamper with a ribbon and wrap it in elegant cellophane with white polka dots.

If you complete your purchase before 4:30 PM (GMT +1 Madrid local time), from Monday to Thursday* (excluding public holidays), Bronze & Mora will prepare and ship your hamper the same day for delivery within 24 to 48 hours across mainland Spain. While we recommend disposing of the outer wrapping upon receipt, both the gift boxes and our products are 100% safe.
