We wanted to start with the two great appellations, Guijuelo (Joselito) and Jabugo (5 Jotas), so that you can choose which one you want us to put in your case. Guijuelo D.O. hams are produced in the geographical area of the south of the province of Salamanca, with optimal climatic conditions for the free-range rearing of 100% Iberian credo. With a curing process of up to 48 months, the final product is exquisite. Jabugo, on the other hand, is located in the mountains of the province of Huelva and the pigs of this Denomination are somewhat smaller, 100% Iberian, of course. The curing process of jabugo hams would take approximately 30 months. In both cases, the quality is unsurpassed and the flavor of each piece is extraordinary. In addition, we propose various combinations of pairing with the most exquisite gourmet products (cheese, asparagus, wines, etc.).
