This Christmas Gourmet Box includes:
1º) Sliced 100% acorn-fed Iberian shoulder ham (80 gr.) Joselito.

2º) Sliced 100% acorn-fed Iberian loin (80 gr.) Joselito.

3º) Sliced 100% acorn-fed Iberian chorizo (80 gr.) Joselito.
4º) Artisan pear and Amaretto jam
5º) A piece of San Simón da Costa Bufón cheese, 500 gr. – 600 gr. (approx.) Bronze & Mora with San Simón da Costa PDO birchwood-smoked, with a minimum ageing of 45 days.
6º) Tin of extra-premium Navarra asparagus, very thick, with virtually no fibre and PDO (390 gr.).
7º) Tin of wild bluefin tuna loin Don Bocarte in olive oil (120 gr.), made from fresh bluefin tuna caught using the traditional almadraba method.
8º) Bottle of early-harvest picual extra virgin olive oil (500 ml.).
9º) Artisan chocolate nougat Simón Coll (70% cocoa) with almonds (250 gr.).
10º) Bottle of Llopart Brut Rosé Cava (benjamin / 750 ml.). Colour pale pink, very bright and appealing, with a lively, delicate bubble. It offers intense fruity aromas, with notes of forest berries, red apple and a hint of menthol. A very chic Christmas gourmet box
This Christmas gourmet box doesn’t include a thousand and one products thrown in at random, but rather a carefully curated selection of the very best of Spanish gastronomy. That’s why, to fully enjoy the products it contains —especially when we’re talking about sliced meats and cheese— there are a few things to bear in mind. Serve them always at room temperature (take them out of the fridge well in advance before eating). It’s also good to let them oxygenate and breathe for a while. As for the rosé cava, like any good sparkling wine, it’s best enjoyed at an optimal temperature of 6ºC / 8ºC, chilled in an ice bucket.
Write your dedication!
We have included in each of our gift cases a letter that can be personalised with the dedication you wish to add. You simply need to fill in the field for the dedication before proceeding to checkout, writing a text that ideally shouldn’t exceed 30 words (although we’ll adapt to whatever you want to say, because we know every story is different). We will personalise the letter with the words you write, laying it out with great care so it looks flawless. That easy.
Extraordinary finish
Honestly, it’s hard to find a gift hamper finished to such a high standard. We pay attention to the smallest detail. Instead of using paper shreds inside the case, we fit the products into a perfect puzzle, so everything rests neatly in place, wrapped in a soft, cushioned bed lined with Italian tissue paper. The set is completed with another layer, on which we place an information sheet and the letter. Then we close the hamper with a wonderful hand-tied bow.

Important Covid19 note: Only properly equipped staff take part in assembling our gift cases, always wearing a mask and following a strict pre-disinfection protocol that includes constant hand washing, application of hydroalcoholic gel and use of nitrile gloves. Although we recommend discarding the outer wrapping of the parcel once received, both the gift cases and all of our products are 100% safe.
