This grand gourmet gift includes:

1º) Sliced 100% acorn-fed Iberian shoulder (80 gr.) Joselito.

• Optional: sliced 100% acorn-fed Iberian shoulder (80 gr.) Cinco Jotas.

2º) Sliced 100% Iberian acorn-fed pork loin (80 gr.) Joselito.

• Optional: sliced 100% acorn-fed Iberian pork loin (80 gr.) Cinco Jotas.

3º) Sliced 100% Iberian acorn-fed chorizo (80 gr.) Joselito.

4º) Pear and Amaretto Jam 100% handmade.

5º) Piece of San Simón da Costa Bufón cheese 500 gr. – 600 gr. (approx.) Bronze & Mora with San Simón da Costa P.D.O. smoked in birch wood with a minimum maturation of 45 days.

6º) Can of extra premium Navarra asparagus, very thick with no fibrousness and P.D.O. (390 gr.).

7º) Tin of almadraba red tuna loin in extra virgin olive oil (120 g), with a clean and intense flavour, lower in fat and more subtle than other cuts of tuna. Also described as a lean, tender piece with a firm texture.

8º) Bottle of extra virgin olive oil picual early(500 ml.).

9º) Bar of Pancracio dark chocolate (65%) with caramelised nuts (100 g). At Christmas, we include instead a bar of artisan nougat by Simón Coll (70% cocoa) with almonds (250 g).

10º) Bottle of Rioja red wine Marqués de Riscal Reserva ( 750 ml.). Characteristics: Color; Deep cherry colored wine, intense and with hardly any signs of evolution. Nose; It is very expressive with notes of licorice, cinnamon and black pepper, where the long aging in wood is hardly perceived, thanks to its great complexity and concentration of ripe fruit. Palate; Fresh, with very pleasant polished tannins, good structure but easy to drink.
