3º) Jar of extra chickpeas from the Cathedral of Navarra (600 gr.).

6º) Jar of Cristal variety peppers, ‘el ibérico de la huerta’ (140 gr.).

More than a vegan gift
Do you know how to prepare a good hummus? The first thing is to have the right raw material, and La Catedral’s chickpeas , with our sweet paprika, are the perfect base. Chickpea salad with Cristal variety peppers and asparagus from Navarra is also a delicious option, especially if you add a good splash of EVOO. Peaches go great in a salad of iceberg lettuce and baby broad beans, best sautéed in a pan. Organic white wine, always at its temperature (8ºC).

We wanted to include in each of our boxes an explanatory letter that can be personalized with the dedication of your choice. You only have to fill in the field that refers to the dedication before proceeding to payment, writing a text that ideally should not be longer than 30 words (although we adapt to what you want to tell because we understand that every story is different). We will take care of personalizing the letter with the words you write to us, and we will do it with great care so that it looks impeccable. It’s that easy.
Extraordinary finish
Certainly, it is difficult to find a better presented batch of Iberian pork products. We pay attention to the smallest detail. Instead of using paper shavings inside the case, we fit the products into a perfect puzzle, so that everything rests neatly, wrapped in a soft quilted bed lined with Italian tissue paper. The set is topped off with another bed, on which we place an information sheet and the letter. Next, we close the basket with a wonderful handmade bow.
