Bronze & Mora ships to Europe, the Balearic Islands and the Canary Islands
We’ve taken the next step and now offer shipping to mainland Europe, as well as to Spain’s island territories (the Balearic Islands and the Canary Islands). This means you can shop as usual on our website and select any destination within the European Union.
These shipments come with an additional cost and, as they are shipped outside mainland Spain, we can’t guarantee delivery on a specific date. For this reason, the checkout will not display the delivery calendar when you select any destination other than mainland Spain.
How long does delivery take?
Great question—when it comes to shipping to Europe, it depends on the destination. Sending a gift box to Paris is not the same as sending one to Helsinki, so we estimate an average transit time of 48 to 96 hours (business days only). This isn’t set in stone and can vary quite a bit: for some nearby destinations, such as Portugal, we’ve even delivered within 24 hours.
When calculating transit times, please note that any order received after 16:00 (Madrid / GMT +1) will be processed on the next business day. However, if your order is placed before this time, Monday to Thursday, it will be processed the same day and dispatched as soon as possible.
Is it expensive?
Shipping to Europe will increase your cart total by approximately €10 to €20, depending on the destination selected. We know it’s not cheap—but since we ship food products, we can’t cut corners. Every pack will arrive in perfect condition, ready to enjoy. We don’t compromise: in the end, cheap shipping often turns out to be the most expensive option.
The Balearic Islands and the Canary Islands, closer too
Absolutely. In both cases, transit time may take around 48 hours (business days only), and the cost will be similar to shipping to mainland EU destinations. It won’t be lower, as all our packs are shipped to Spain’s islands by air, which ensures speed but slightly increases the price.
Can customers outside the Eurozone place an order for EU delivery?
Of course. Whether you’re an expat living in Australia who wants to send a gift to a family member in Bulgaria, or a US company rewarding a team in its French branch, the result is the same: yes, you can order with no problem on our website, and we’ll deliver the gift box to the address you provide. That simple.
