This document sets out the General Terms and Conditions of Purchase (hereinafter referred to interchangeably as the “General Terms” or the “Terms”) of the Bronze & Mora S.L. website. We offer you an online shopping service that allows you to purchase the products available on our online store https://www.bronzeymora.com from any of your devices. You will also be able to enjoy special promotions and offers, which we will communicate through various channels. Bronze & Mora S.L. reserves the right to modify at any time these General Terms and Conditions of Purchase, as well as any other general or particular conditions, usage regulations or notices that may apply. Purchases made at https://www.bronzeymora.com are subject to the general terms and conditions of purchase set out on this page at the time the corresponding order is placed. The formalisation of an order at the time of payment implies full acceptance of these terms. These purchase conditions have been provided in advance in accordance with current legislation. 1. PRICES
The prices published on the Bronze & Mora S.L. website are in euros and are valid unless a typographical error occurs. All prices include VAT applicable on the day of the order: any change in the VAT rate will be automatically applied to product prices. Offers on products for sale at https://www.bronzeymora.com will be indicated on the respective product page and, unless otherwise stated, will remain valid while displayed. The prices in force at the time of supply will always apply.
2. PAYMENT
At https://www.bronzeymora.com you can pay for your orders using:
Visa or Mastercard Credit Card
We guarantee that each of the transactions carried out on https://www.bronzeymora.com is 100% secure. All operations involving the transmission of personal or banking data are carried out using a secure environment. Bronze & Mora S.L. uses a server based on standard SSL (Secure Socket Layer) security technology. All the information you transmit to us is encrypted through the network.
In addition, your credit card data is not stored in any database but goes directly to the bank’s POS (Point of Sale Terminal).
Furthermore, we inform you that, in an effort to provide greater security to credit card holders, we have incorporated the secure payment system CES (Secure Electronic Commerce) into our payment gateway. Therefore, if you are the holder of a “secured” card, you can always make payments with VISA or MASTERCARD on our store.
If your card is not part of this payment system, Bronze & Mora S.L. will only accept VISA or MASTERCARD credit card payments from customers with previously demonstrated seniority and reliability.
In both cases, when paying with a VISA or MASTERCARD card, the following data will always be requested: card number, expiration date, and a Validation Code that matches the last 3 italicised digits printed on the back of your VISA or MASTERCARD card, thus offering greater guarantees regarding the security of the transaction.
Important: Credit card fraud is a crime, and Bronze & Mora S.L. will take legal action against anyone who makes a fraudulent transaction in our online store.
If you decide to pay by credit card, please note that by authorising the payment you confirm that the credit card is yours. To minimise the risk of unauthorised access, your credit card details will be encrypted. Credit cards are subject to verification and authorisation by both the payment platform and the issuing entity, and if payment is not authorised by either, we cannot be held responsible for any delay or non-delivery and will not be able to formalise any order with you.
Paypal
If you are a regular user of this service, you may use it to make your payment, always with an additional charge. The client is responsible for the accuracy of their data and undertakes not to enter false information and to update it if necessary.
3. SHIPPING
3.1. WHO HANDLES SHIPPING AND DELIVERY OF OUR PRODUCTS?
Bronze & Mora ships its products interchangeably through the following express courier services:

- GENERAL LOGISTICS SYSTEMS SPAIN SA (GLS)
- MRW
- In exceptional and justified cases (anniversaries, birthdays), and only for addresses within the Community of Madrid, a member of Bronze & Mora may deliver the product, provided that Bronze & Mora’s management authorises it and the member is available to carry out the delivery.
3.2. IMPORTANT: DELIVERY TIMES FOR MAINLAND SPAIN
GLS / MRW will deliver the products purchased on the website within Mainland Spain (Balearic Islands, Canary Islands, Ceuta and Melilla excluded) within 24 hours free of charge, provided that the purchase is made before 4:00 p.m. (GMT+1 / mainland Spain time) from Monday to Thursday, excluding public holidays and specific dates. No deliveries will be made on weekends, except in justified cases and only within the city of Madrid, provided that Bronze & Mora’s management authorises it and a member is available to make the delivery. This exception does not apply to any other part of the country due to logistical constraints.
For deliveries made with GLS / MRW, the customer has access to 2 non-free express delivery services (with additional cost):

- Delivery by 14:00 (IMPORTANT: only valid for delivery before 14:00 -GMT +1 / mainland Spain time- on the working day following the purchase, provided the order is placed before 4:00 p.m. from Monday to Thursday)
- Delivery by 10:00 (IMPORTANT: only valid for delivery before 10:30 -GMT +1 / mainland Spain time- on the working day following the purchase, provided the order is placed before 4:00 p.m. from Monday to Thursday)
Under no circumstances will deliveries be made on the same day of purchase, nor in the standard 24:00 h or 14:00 h service, nor will any delivery be made the next working day in either service (24:00 h / 14:00 h) if the order was placed after 16:00 h GMT +1 the previous day.
3.3. IMPORTANT: DELIVERY TIMES FOR BALEARIC ISLANDS, CANARY ISLANDS AND THE REST OF THE EUROPEAN UNION
GLS / MRW will deliver the products purchased on the website to the Balearic or Canary Islands (Ceuta and Melilla not included), Portugal, or any European Union country (only continental territory) within a period ranging from 24 to 96 hours (working/business days), provided the purchase is made before 4:00 p.m. (GMT+1 / mainland Spain time) from Monday to Thursday, excluding public holidays and specific dates. In this case, weekend deliveries are also not possible due to logistical constraints.
3.4. RECIPIENT NOT AVAILABLE AT TIME OF DELIVERY
In the event of absence, the courier will make a second delivery attempt. If the recipient is absent again, the package will be left at a Parcel Shop so that the recipient can collect it.
3.5. INCOMPLETE / INCORRECT ADDRESS
In the event of an incorrect or incomplete address, including a postal code that does not correspond to the actual destination address, a second shipment will be generated for delivery on the next working day, which will always be at the customer’s expense. For this reason, we ask for absolute accuracy when filling in the shipping address fields. This rule has no exceptions.
3.6. IMPORTANT: ADDITIONAL COSTS
In addition to what is described above, the following cases will incur additional costs that will always be borne by the buyer:

- Incorrect address provided by the buyer.
- Different postal code than the one initially provided.
- In case of return of uncollected packages from the Parcel Shop.
- Additional shipments.
3.7. LATE DELIVERY (IMPORTANT: ONLY APPLICABLE TO MAINLAND SPAIN)
The courier services we work with (MRW/GLS) make very few errors. However, during high-demand periods (Christmas, Black Friday, etc.) or at specific times of the year, on rare occasions, they may miss a delivery deadline. In such a case, Bronze & Mora will do everything possible to resolve the situation in the most satisfactory way for the customer.
4. DELIVERY TIMES
As long as an order is placed before 4:00 p.m. from Monday to Thursday (excluding public holidays), delivery times will not exceed 48 hours. For purchases made on Fridays, the product will be delivered on the following Monday. Orders placed over the weekend or on public holidays will be processed the next working day. Under extraordinary conditions (special promotions, pre-orders, local holidays…), delivery may take longer. We will inform you of the estimated delivery date. Some special products may take longer to be shipped, and this will be indicated in the product description.
5. VERY IMPORTANT: RETURNS
As these are food products, returns are not accepted. If you receive a damaged or defective product, it is very important that you follow these steps:
1º) Take several photographs of the damaged pack with your mobile phone.
2º) Do not throw the pack away under any circumstances. If it is leaking liquid (oil, wine, etc.), store it in a plastic bag.
3º) Contact us immediately by calling 915 214 884, sending an email to info@bronzeymora.com, or leaving a message through the WhatsApp module on our website (the icon in the bottom right corner of the screen).
4º) Bronze & Mora will send a courier to collect the pack and deliver a new one at no extra cost.

8. LEGAL FRAMEWORK
If you are not satisfied with the processing of your personal data or the exercise of your rights, you may file a complaint with the Spanish Data Protection Agency at C/ Jorge Juan, 6. 28001 – Madrid, Tel. 901 100 099 – 912 663 517, www.aepd.es. In the event of litigation, both parties shall submit to the jurisdiction of the Courts of Madrid.
