Conditions of use of the e-voucher

Please read carefully the conditions of use of the Paradores e-voucher included in our packs. You also have all the information about it in the following link.
- Bronze & Mora will include a small card inside the pack requesting an e-mail to the final recipient of the pack. Once we receive the e-mail from the recipient, we will proceed to send the card or e-voucher in .pdf format by the same means within approximately 5 working days.
- IMPORTANT: The Paradores numbered card in .pdfduly validatedis the only only operative element of the gift box.
- The Paradores card is valid for a non-extendable period of 3 years from the date of purchase.
- This card will include 1 night with breakfast buffet for 2 people in a standard double room in a selection of more than 90 Paradores except for the Parador de Granada where it will not be accepted.
- Prior reservation is required and, at the time of booking, the card number, card name and expiration date must be provided.
- Must be presented upon arrival at the Parador.
- Availability is reduced during high-demand dates. However, in order to facilitate the consumption of gift boxes on these dates, the card may be presented, from which the nights and regime of the card will be discounted, and the difference between the Parador Tariff in the regime of the card and the value of each night in the card will be paid.
- The free breakfast for Circle members and the breakfast discount for Gold members do not apply to this Gift Box.
- It is not exclusive of the minimum regime/stay conditions that may be applied by some establishments.
- Not combinable with other promotions or offers in force.
- Neither Bronze & Mora nor Paradores are responsible for lost or stolen cards.
- The Gift Box is non-extendable, non-exchangeable and non-refundable.
- These application conditions are subject to change without notice.

Some paradores may request supplements or restrictions of use with respect to this voucher depending on the time of year. We will now describe, one by one, the establishments for which the reservation date must be taken into account. Please do not forget this information in order to organize your visit to the Parador of your interest.
Supplements from November 1, 2022 to October 31, 2023
All year round:
- Alarcón, Hondarribia, Cuenca, Cáceres and Málaga Gibralfaro: 75 €.
- Cadiz: 60 €.
From April 1 to October 31:
- Aiguablava, Baiona, Carmona, Chinchón, Costa da Morte, El Saler, Jávea, Nerja, Olite, Ronda, Santillana Gil Blas and Toledo: 60 €.
- León and Santiago: 95 €.
Excluding July and August:
- Aiguablava, Baiona, Cádiz, Cangas de Onís, Costa da Morte, El Saler, Hondarribia, Jávea, Málaga Gibralfaro, Málaga Golf, Mazagón, Mojácar, Nerja, Ribadeo and Santo Estevo.
Excluded all year round:
- Grenada.
Supplements from November 1, 2023 to October 31, 2024
All year round:
- Alarcón, Hondarribia, Cuenca, Cáceres and Málaga Gibralfaro: 80 €.
- Cádiz: 65 €.
From March 27 to October 31:
- Aiguablava, Baiona, Carmona, Chinchón, Costa da Morte, El Saler, Jávea, Nerja, Olite, Ronda, Santillana Gil Blas and Toledo: 65 €.
- León and Santiago: 100 €.
Excluding July and August:
- Aiguablava, Baiona, Cádiz, Cangas de Onís, Costa da Morte, El Saler, Hondarribia, Jávea, Málaga Gibralfaro, Málaga Golf, Mazagón, Mojácar, Nerja, Ribadeo and Santo Estevo.
Excluded all year round:
