Terms of Use – Paradores e-Voucher
Booking Procedure
Please read carefully the terms of use of the Paradores e-voucher included in our gift packs. Full information is also available at this link.
- Bronze & Mora will include a small card (independent from the official Paradores e-voucher) inside the gift pack asking the recipient to email us. Once we receive the email, we will send the official Paradores e-voucher in .pdf format to that address within approximately 5 business days.
- IMPORTANT: The official numbered Paradores e-voucher in .pdf format, duly validated, is the only valid booking document. The Bronze & Mora card included in the gift pack is not valid for booking directly with Paradores.
- The Bronze & Mora card is valid during the calendar year of purchase. The recipient should redeem it as soon as possible for the official Paradores e-voucher. After this period, Bronze & Mora will not be held responsible for any price increases of the e-voucher at Paradores, and any such increase will be passed on to the recipient.
- The Paradores e-voucher is valid for 2 years from the activation date and cannot be extended.
- This voucher includes 1 night with buffet breakfast for 2 people in a standard double room at a selection of over 90 Paradores, excluding the Parador of Granada, where it is not accepted.
- A prior reservation is required, and at the time of booking, you must provide the voucher number, name and expiration date.
- The voucher must be presented upon arrival at the Parador.
- During high-demand dates, availability may be limited. However, the voucher can still be presented, and the value of the night(s) will be deducted from the total. The difference between the voucher value and the official Parador rate must be paid on-site.
- With this gift box, breakfast benefits for Círculo cardholders and Gold members’ breakfast discounts are not applicable.
- It is not exempt from any minimum stay or board conditions that some Paradores may require.
- Not combinable with other ongoing promotions or discounts.
- Neither Bronze & Mora nor Paradores are responsible for lost or stolen vouchers.
- This gift box is non-refundable, non-exchangeable, and cannot be extended.
- These conditions are subject to change without prior notice.

IMPORTANT: Surcharges and Restrictions
Some Paradores may apply surcharges or usage restrictions depending on the time of year. Below is a list of specific conditions for certain locations. Please consider this information when planning your getaway.
Terms of Use
- This voucher is valid for 2 people and may be used from October 1 to May 31 in any Parador, except Alarcón, Granada, and Málaga Gibralfaro*.
- From June 1 to September 30, it may be used as part of the payment for a one-night stay at any Parador. The guest must pay the difference between the box value and the official Parador rate for bed and breakfast.
- This gift box is not valid at Casa da Ínsua.
*At the Paradores of Alarcón, Granada, and Málaga Gibralfaro, it can be used year-round as part of the payment for a one-night stay, with the difference to be paid based on the current Parador rate.
