Shipping policy

1) WHO HANDLES SHIPPING AND DELIVERY OF OUR PRODUCTS?

Bronze & Mora ships its products indistinctly through the following express courier companies:

  1. GENERAL LOGISTICS SYSTEMS SPAIN SA (GLS)
  2. MRW
  3. In specific justified cases (birthdays, anniversaries), and only for addresses within the city of Madrid, a member of Bronze & Mora may personally deliver the product, provided that Bronze & Mora’s management authorises it and the team member is available to make such delivery.

2) IMPORTANT: DELIVERY TIMES FOR MAINLAND SPAIN

GLS / MRW will deliver products purchased on the website within Mainland Spain (Balearic Islands, Canary Islands, Ceuta and Melilla not included) within a 24-hour period free of charge, provided that the order is placed before 4:00 PM (GMT+1 / mainland Spain time) from Monday to Thursday, excluding holidays and special dates. No deliveries will be made on weekends, except in justified cases within the city of Madrid, and only if Bronze & Mora’s management authorises it and a team member is available to carry out the delivery. This exception does not apply to the rest of Spain due to logistical limitations.

For deliveries made by GLS / MRW, customers have access to 1 additional express delivery option that is not free of charge (extra cost applies):

  • Delivery before 14:00 (IMPORTANT: Only applies to delivery before 2:00 PM – GMT+1 / mainland Spain time – on the next business day following the purchase, provided the order is placed before 4:00 PM from Monday to Thursday)

Under no circumstances will deliveries be made on the same day of purchase, either in the standard 24 h service or the 14 h express service. Likewise, no delivery will be made the next business day in either service (24 h / 14 h) if the order is placed after 4:00 PM GMT+1 the previous day.

3) IMPORTANT: DELIVERY TIMES FOR BALEARIC ISLANDS, CANARY ISLANDS, AND THE REST OF THE EUROPEAN UNION

GLS / MRW will deliver products purchased on the website to the Balearic or Canary Islands (Ceuta and Melilla not included), Portugal, or any European Union country (only mainland territory) within a period of 24 to 96 hours (business days), provided that the order is placed before 4:00 PM (GMT+1 / mainland Spain time) from Monday to Thursday, excluding holidays and special dates. No weekend deliveries are made due to logistical limitations.

4) RECIPIENT ABSENT AT TIME OF DELIVERY

In the event of absence, the courier will attempt a second delivery. If the recipient is absent again, the parcel will be left at a Parcel Shop for the recipient to collect it.

5) INCOMPLETE OR INCORRECT ADDRESS

In the case of an incomplete or incorrect address, including a postal code that does not match the actual delivery location, a second delivery will be scheduled for the next business day, which will always carry an additional cost for the customer. Therefore, we ask you to ensure absolute accuracy when filling out the delivery address fields. This rule admits no exceptions.

6) IMPORTANT: ADDITIONAL COSTS

In addition to the above, the following situations will generate additional costs, always to be borne by the buyer:

  • Incorrect address provided by the buyer.
  • Different postal code than the one initially provided.
  • Returned parcels not collected from a Parcel Shop.
  • Additional shipments.

7) DELAYED DELIVERY (IMPORTANT, ONLY APPLICABLE TO MAINLAND SPAIN)

The courier services we work with (MRW / GLS) rarely make mistakes. However, during high-demand periods (Christmas, Black Friday, etc.) or at specific times of the year, extraordinary delays may occasionally occur. In such cases, Bronze & Mora will do everything possible to resolve the situation in the most satisfactory way for the customer.
