Bon Appétit L Red – Cheese, Loin & Pruno Wine Hamper

Description

This gourmet hamper with cheese, cured pork loin and wine includes the following delicacies:

1º) Bottle of extra virgin olive oil (Picual / Pajarera / Hojiblanca, depending on availability). (500 ml.)

2)º Jar of cristal variety peppers, the “ibérico” of the vegetable garden (140 g).

3º) Wedge of semi-cured Manchego cheese (4 months aged / approx. 250 g), produced by 1605 exclusively for Bronze & Mora. A true gem, awarded the silver medal at several editions of the World Cheese Awards. Nose: Clean animal scent, milky notes reminiscent of soft yoghurt, and a fruity character with subtle hints of nuts. | Palate: Semi-firm texture, buttery and soluble, with medium crumbliness. A pleasant oily mouthfeel during chewing, with floury granularity. The flavour starts with soft acidity and sweet cereal notes. Well-integrated animal aromas and a delightful finish of raw nuts (almond), with long persistence on the palate.

4º) Pack of 100% acorn-fed Iberian pork loin by Joselito – Guijuelo (80 g)

• Optional: Sliced 100% acorn-fed Iberian pork loin (80 g) from Cinco Jotas.

5º) Small pack of Gourmet breadsticks from Utrera (30 g)

7º) Bottle of Pruno red wine, Ribera del Duero, from Finca Villacreces (75 cl.) – ‘The best Spanish wine in history under $20′, according to Robert Parker. A real delight for the palate. Intense deep cherry red colour, with a rich and complex aroma of toasted cocoa and milk caramel, and a background of red jammy fruit (such as blueberries and cherries).
