2º) Jar of tomato and basil jam from La Catedral de Navarra (150 gr.).

3º) Piece of semi-cured Manchego cheese (250 gr.) awarded with the silver medal in several editions of the World Cheese Awards. Characteristics: Color; It has a pale yellow rind with consistency and firmness. The internal color is ivory white with small eyes and acidified lactic odor. | Nose; Aromas of dry grass and toasted pistachios. | Mouth; almost no elasticity, buttery sensation of cream and almond flour.

4º) Special dark chocolate bar (65%) Pancracio with nuts and raisins (100gr.).

Cheese and tomato jam combine wonderfully. And when it comes to 1605 semi-cured Manchego cheese and La Catedral’s special tomato and basil-based jam, it doesn’t get any better. An irresistible marriage between Castilla la Mancha and the orchard of Navarre seasoned with the liquid gold of Andalusia, an extra virgin olive oil hojiblanca in a small bottle, like the best of perfumes.
